ahead with this practical 20-step system for identifying dysfunctional movement patterns and testing for muscle
imbalances that are commonly present in the shoulder complex, pelvis, hip
complex, knee and ankle. - Gain an understanding of the inter-relationship that exists between the upper and lower chains of the body, how certain patterns of posturing can create muscular imbalances (coupled dominance and weakness) and how insufficient or dysfunctional muscle recruitment strategies can create systematic deficiency in a movement pattern - Practice comprehensive assessment techniques to identify dysfunctional movement patterns and recruitment deficiencies and learn to formulate a corrective exercise plan with measurable results Discover how using a Functional Fitness
Assessment can enhance your clients’ motor performance and prevent them from
injury and recurrent pain!
