Sea2Summit Two Day 100 Mile Adventure Race
I am sorry for the delay in Issue #11 of the Healing Through Movement Rehabilitation & Fitness Newsletter. I was out of the country working on my latest adventure, a 5000 km mountain bike ride from the Mexico / USA border to Calgary, Alberta along the Rocky Mountains. The adventure has been completed and I will send more details of the adventure soon. An adventure that I completed last year and just finished the race report was the Sea2Summit Two Day 100 Mile Adventure Race from Squamish to Whistler. If you are interested in completing Sea2Summit adventure race with a focus of maximizing your experience and enjoyment, then this is a race report for you. If you are looking to compete in Sea2Summit with a focus of winning or finishing top three of your division then, this may not be the race report for you.

Post-Rehab Exercise for Health and Fitness Professionals presented by Terry Kane, BPHE, BSC (Physical Therapy)
Everyday more and more people are looking to health and fitness industries to improve their fitness and recovery from injury or illness. In order to ensure the safety and appropriateness of port-rehab exercise program, not only do health and fitness professional need to know exercises, but more importantly how to evaluate the risk of exercise relative to the medical condition, stage of tissue healing and biomechanics. This course is intended to help educate health and fitness professionals on how to build a post-rehab exercise practice through improving their knowledge base of musculoskeletal injuries and post rehab exercise strategies and algorithms.
