“Best Ever” Stretches

 

 

 

  

We all have tried drawing stick men for our clients in order to help them remember the exercise we have prescribed them?  Some trainers have a talent for stick men but most of us don’t.  Val Burke, Marilyn Hellier and Tracey Pope have come up with a great solution to the stick men for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.  They have designed the “Best Ever” Stretches.  This is a one page client handout out that has fourteen stretches that cover the major muscle groups in the body.  Each stretch has a black and white picture that describes the stretch and the name of the stretch highlights what muscles are being stretched.  The stretches are done with minimal equipment and only require a wall, floor or foam roller to perform.  The product is designed for the trainer to handout to their athletes and fitness enthusiasts clients and act as a marketing tool.  At $0.25 a flyer it is good value in looking professional, being very helpful to your clients and helping get the word out about you.
