Restore and maintain healthy neuro-muscular tone. A healthy neuro-muscular system is essential for your well being and aliveness. In this course we will learn how to release your own myofascial trigger points. This will decrease muscle hypertonicity, soreness, and restricted motion, restoring optimal neuro-muscular tone and function. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Learning
