Workshop Description:

 

Introducing the Myorelease Technique with Andrew Peters: Self-care for everybody. Restore and maintain healthy neuro-muscular tone.  A healthy neuro-muscular system is essential for your well being and aliveness. In this course we will learn how to release your own myofascial trigger points.  This will decrease muscle hypertonicity, soreness, and restricted motion, restoring optimal neuro-muscular tone and function.  Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

 

Learning Objectives:

 

1.       Learn how to release tight, achy muscles easily, effectively, any where in the body. 

2.       Improve self-awareness, neuro-muscular tone, relaxation. 

3.       Develop and improve your capacity for efficient movement  

4.       Improve awareness of the relationship between poor posture/function and tissue tonus!
