2009 - 9:00 am to 11:00 am (2 hours) Douglas College (Royal Ave & 8th St )- New Westminster, BC W The participant of this session will gain a full understanding of Parkinson’s disease and how it affects a client’s physical ability and their daily physical struggles. You will learn how to develop a comprehensive exercise program that will target their specific areas of difficulty. The knowledge and understanding gained in this session will help the trainer implement the appropriate exercise selection for their Parkinson’s client assisting them to live with more independence, confidence, and empowerment.
