Functional Fitness for the Parkinson’s Client with Jody Kennett
The participant of this session will gain a full understanding
of Parkinson’s disease and how it affects a client’s physical
ability and their daily physical struggles. You will learn how to develop a comprehensive exercise
program that will target their specific areas of difficulty. The knowledge and understanding
gained in this session will help the trainer implement the appropriate
exercise selection for their Parkinson’s client assisting them to
live with more independence, confidence, and empowerment.

healthy neuro-muscular system is essential for your well being and
aliveness. In this course we will learn how to release your own myofascial
trigger points. This will
decrease muscle hypertonicity, soreness, and restricted motion, restoring

This 4 hour intensive course on Fibromyalgia (FM) will
answer all your questions about training an individual with FM. Jenny Blackham specializes in
working with people with FM and has done so for 15 years. Through her private practice she has
assisted many clients in successfully transforming their way of life. Jenny has specifically designed this
course for fitness professionals.
